Ever since it opened, I have been wanting to try Xenia but for some reason I never did. Lucky for me, with one week left here in the ‘Burg, a group of friends and I decided to try it. It was so good and I had probably one of the best meals I have ever had here. The menu is pretty large and I decided to order the Boardwalk Athena Gyro which is a traditional gyro with fries on top. It also came with a side sauce (I’m not sure exactly what it was) that added some flavor and spice. This gyro was amazing and really filling. It was only around $6 and was huge! I added on a side of Boardwalk fries for only one dollar more. This place is great because they also take off 15% if you have a JAC card. The staff was friendly and the good came out quick so we weren’t even there for very long.
I wish I had gone to Xenia much sooner because it was so tasty! I already want to go back and think you should too!

The hummus and the Mediterranean pita is to die for. Anytime I’m in Harrisonburg, I grab a quart of hummus to-go and bring it back to D.C. to devour.
